Actual service model
Funded Watch is intended to deliver automatically generated information about potential entry, SL, TP and later alert status. It will not be described as education only. It excludes individual tailoring, money management, access to brokerage accounts and trade execution.
Risk
Futures are complex, high-risk instruments. Leverage can increase gains and losses, and the entire allocated capital may be lost. Historical, screening, backtest, forward and live results do not guarantee future performance and must be clearly separated.
Payment and 30-day access
The proposed paid model is one-off 30-day access, activated manually after payment verification. There is no automatic renewal. Price, withdrawal, refund and service-start rules will be set out in final terms under the law applicable to the actual seller and customer.
Privacy
The public website does not collect application forms. Contact takes place through Telegram and payment outside the website through Revolut Pro. Those providers process data under their own policies. The site may process basic technical logs and a secure private-access cookie; it does not store card data.
Beta and testimonials
The first beta covers up to five invited people and is free. Feedback must be honest and voluntary. Publishing a quotation requires separate consent and disclosure of free or discounted access.
Launch gate
Before paid sales begin, the seller, jurisdiction, tax and consumer duties, regulatory assessment of alerts, Revolut Pro acceptance, final terms and privacy policy must be approved. A disclaimer is not a substitute for legal compliance.
